KCE Engineering provided the flood study and drainage study for the senior living development located in the City of Fort Worth.

Part of the design included the construction of a parallel bypass channel to increase valley storage within the floodplain. Once construction is complete, KCE will submit a LOMR to FEMA to revise the floodplain adjacent to the site.
