KCE Engineering, LLC seeks to provide value-oriented solutions that address technical challenges and requirements balanced by site aesthetics, as allowed by the site.

Our Foundation

With more than 15 years of design experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, KCE Engineering provides specialized stormwater design and analysis to assist developers and other engineers with complex drainage situations.  KCE Engineering is certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) as a Woman-Owned Business, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and is considered a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the City of Fort Worth.  KCE performs as a valuable team member in complex drainage situations.

KAMARON ERBATUR, P.E., M.ENG., CFM

Kamaron attended Texas A&M University for both her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering in Urban Infrastructure and Public Works Engineering degrees, graduating in 2004.  While earning her Masters degree, she also received a Certificate of Business from the Mays Business School.  She is a Certified Floodplain Manager and active member of the Texas Floodplain Management Association.  Her project design experience site and stormwater design in support for large residential developments, small commercial sites, large industrial sites, and federally funded projects including office buildings and military facilities.  She has completed drainage studies using HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS, and she has worked as a team member on several LEED projects.
DR. CUNEYT ERBATUR, P.E., CFM, LEED AP

DR. CUNEYT ERBATUR, P.E., CFM, LEED AP

Cuneyt attended Texas A&M University for his Master of Engineering and Doctorate of Engineering.  Cuneyt is a Certified Floodplain Manager and active member of the Texas Floodplain Management Association with more than 14 years of experience in hydraulics and hydrology.  His areas of expertise are hydraulics and hydrology, and he has provided services for a wide range of clients in a variety of programs, including municipalities, owners of educational and recreational facilities, and private land developers.  He has conducted drainage studies using HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS as well as calculated and designed a variety of drainage improvements including the use of HEC-RAS 2D for complicated analysis.  Cuneyt has developed expertise in the use of Infoworks ICM for the 2D analysis of complete drainage conditions to refine drainage system designs.  He is LEED accredited and is knowledgeable of sustainable best practices applied to H&H issues in development.
