KCE Engineering provided the flood study design for the proposed approximately 400-lot single-family residential subdivision along Doe Branch and Doe Branch Tributary H in Celina, Texas.
The flood study included several wet ponds adjacent to the main creek to provide additional valley storage along the floodplain. All work in the floodplain has been completed and KCE is in the process of obtaining a LOMR from FEMA for the development.
